1. Reviewing every procedure of SMT production to check if there’s any collision or
pressure to make the component (R5) cracke
2.
Reviewing if component (R5) was cracked due to pressure of the rear-soldering
instrument or the packaging.
3. Measuring the R5 resistivity of all half-finished products existing in the factory and
make a mark on the boards for sorting.
