Discipline 5:Choose & verify Corrective Action(s)

Corrective Action(s) :
1. Discarding all of the old instruments for not using anymore.
2. Contacting the manufacturer of the instrument to make the new one and take the fixed
  slice away.

Discipline 6:Implement & validate Corrective Action

Action plan:
1. Discarding all of the old instruments for not using anymore and contacting the
manufacturer of the instrument to make the new one with taking the fixed slice away.
2. Valuing the resistivity of 4000pcs of half-finished products which are produced with
the new instrument, and the crackdown of component (R5) never happens again.

The new instrument without the fixed slice is more completely matched the board.

Discipline 7:Prevent Recurrence

Preventive activity:
1. Setting up the examining standard of instruments to avoid this kind of problem occurs
  again.
2. Confirming if the instruments are matched the boards if the boards or the instruments
are changed to avoid the components being pressed.
3. Measuring the resistivity of all half-finished products after rear-soldering and make a
mark on the boards for sorting.
4. Taking the sampling inspection of the resistivity before shipment. (Inspecting according
  to AQL 0.65)
5. Keeping wholly inspecting for five shipments till this problem doesn’t happen again.
After this, it can be changed to taking the sampling inspection before shipment.
